Revamp Old Floors With Concrete Polishing

Concrete Polishing breathes new life into your concrete surfaces!

Concrete That Looks Brand New

Is your concrete showing its age? Does it have cracks, chips, or a lackluster appearance? Don’t rip it out and start over! Pete’s Concrete Contractors polishing can rejuvenate your concrete surfaces, making them strong, beautiful, and easier to care for.

Our Process

Surface Preparation

This involves thoroughly cleaning the concrete to remove any dirt, grease, or contaminants. Patching up any cracks or holes might also be necessary.

Initial Grinding

A concrete grinder with coarse-grit diamond tooling is used to level uneven areas and remove the top layer of the concrete. This creates a flat and even surface for further polishing.

Gradual Polishing

The concrete is then polished using progressively finer grits of diamond polishing pads attached to the grinder. Each pass with a finer grit removes scratches from the previous step and refines the surface further. The number of grits used depends on the desired level of shine, with more grits resulting in a higher gloss finish.

Final Polishing & Burnishing

Once the desired level of polish is achieved, a final polishing pad or a burnishing pad is used to create the final shine and enhance the reflective properties of the concrete.
